Processing Time

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) - $12.99
Express Shipping (1-2 business days) - $24.99

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

Contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return
We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for US orders)
Pack your item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item back using the provided label
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including:

Socks and undergarments (unless defective)

Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges
